Selling health insurance. Do not care that you are on the DNC registry

The person said that he was and officer and I owed money to a cash type company. When asked to repeat the name he couldn't. When asked to give me the case number he gave 3 letters then 6 numbers,as if he was making it up and talking fast so i couldnt catch it. He then told me to not say anything or interrupt him while he was talking, I told him that that was not going to happen and I wii interrupt when needed. He also asked if I had a attorney and the matter was a very sensitive one. He made like he was going to transfer me to another person, but still heard the same talking in the background throughout the whole covversation. So I told him to stop calling me since you all can't tell me whats going on I am reporting you.

Calls several times in a few minutes and leaves no message. Answered one time and she wanted to offer a free heart scan, I hung up and she called right back, but again left no message. I had 3 calls last evening, very annoying.

Same sort of call. FIrst from the Process Server then told to call the 877 number. I am extremely disgusted that anyone would do this to people. Their interest isn't in getting the debt paid off..it is putting money in their pockets.

I have found the UHC nurses and other support people to be very helpful. They have made suggestions about what to talk to my doctor about, got my husband and I into programs to better handle stress and other things. They also check up on us when we have a major change in our health. After my hysterectomy, my nurse called and answered my questions and generally comforted me. When we got CPaP machines for apnea, they called to make sure we had been taught how to use them and that we were set up for follow-up visits to make sure that they were helping. They aren't bad!

These people are Scam artists. They will say they are attorneys with Brown Andrews and Scott, saying you owe them money and if you don't pay you will go to jail. Do as I did and please call federal trade commission and also your local attorney general state consumer. Don't pay them any money!!!! I called the bar association of New York and they aren't attorneys. They aren't even a collection agency. As I understand they are over seas and getting people like us to pay them for debts we think we owe. They will contact your family, you and your job. Know that these people can't do anything other then to harass you but please put a fraud alert on your credit.
